After a 5-10 minute walk through the green pine forest you will reach the gently sloping sandy beaches that stretch picturesquely along the coast. The estate is made up of several buildings which are beautifully set in the large gardens, located between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto. There are wonderfully long, free beaches north of Marina di Grosseto. Highlights: WLAN. Use of the swimming pool at Camping le Marze, 600 meters away, on request and for a fee. Activities nearby: The Bay of Grosseto has been awarded the Blue Flag for excellent water quality. Here you can relax and enjoy the pleasures of bathing undisturbed. The location is also ideal for day trips to famous cultural and historical cities of Pisa, Siena and Florence. Tip: A visit to the Uccellina Natural Park, which is only 29 kilometers away. Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
