About the holiday home

This traditionally furnished farmhouse is on a beautiful hilly landscape in Castelnuovo Berardenga in Tuscany. The farm is located in the middle of remote nature and offers panoramic views of the mountains.

The location of the farm is very central, ideal for visiting art cities in Tuscany. Siena is close by and a visit to the Piazza del Campo and the cathedral is definitely worth it. The Paleo of Siena, a horse race in the city, is also world-famous and is held twice a year. The farm is also close to the famous Spa Rapolano Terme.

The house is atmospheric and comfortably furnished and is fully equipped. The house has 2 bathrooms, heating, air conditioning, a terrace, a barbecue, a shared swimming pool, a shared garden and play area. There is also parking.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Season 13 May to 3 June 20174 People (2 couples) The holiday paradise has basically two negative sides, which can be seen very positively1. The area is a bit lonely. The nearest farmstead is 1.5km away, the nearest shops and restaurants about 4km. For this reason, you have all-round pure nature with chickens, cats, sheep, birdwatchers and the Nightingale at night. In order to explore the historical, cultural and gastronomic highlights of the area, a car or motorbike is indispensable.2. In the nearby valley is the four-lane expressway SS715 (Siena-Sinalunga) whose traffic you can hear (a citymen not - a landlord probably). But also that has a very positive side One is in 2 minutes on the expressway and in about 10-15 min in Siena, from where you have very good road connection in all directions. The apartments in the Toskana-Flair are as described. We were allowed to go to the middle apartment al Forno. This is very generous and handicapped accessible. The furnishing of the kitchen was complete, that is, we did not miss anything. A water tap in the kitchen supplies both domestic water and drinking water. For each bedroom there is a private toilet, bath or shower. The sanitary facilities were clean. Towels and linens were new. In the beds we slept very well. The landlady couple is very friendly and accommodating. The owner speaks perfectly English. He made a very hard effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We agree - We would go back on holiday right away!”

“We were picked up by the owner because we are the way were lost. And upon arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit and nice bottle of red Tuscan wine waiting for us. The house was very nice, clean and well equipped (among others bath) and large (it had 5 beds). In the kitchen all the necessary kitchen utensils. The pool was also very nice, and often almost empty. The setting was beautiful, the view is phenomenal. Cities like Florence were easily accessible by car as well as the smaller villages in the area were well worth it. The owners of the property were more than hospitable, they really helped us with everything (even lighting with BBQ) and gave us a really nice gift on departure. We are all in all more than satisfied with this fantastic property!”

“We have been to several agriturismo 's been in Tuscany, this is one of the better accommodations. Eugenio (the host) speaks good English and is a very good host, upon arrival there was fruit and a bottle of wine! We were immediately invited to come and watch football, was very nice. the location is very nice, 200 m from the motorway between Siena and Arezzeo allowing easy access to many nice places. Glad may also make use of a washing machine and barbecue. Some attention the furniture in both the living room and on the terrace, this is in terms of comfort not ideal.”
