Cozy detached house in the hills of Pistoia. This holiday home consists of five individually furnished apartments so perfect for different families or friends travelling together; the complex is an ancient "inn" completely restored.

A convenient parking, a garden, a terrace area complete the picture. Immersed in nature and in the hills just north of Pistoia, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday and for visiting the interesting surroundings and the rest of Tuscany.

The sofa beds can comfortably accommodate two children or an adult.

The house is about 20 minutes from Florence and Lucca, Pistoia has much to offer in terms of history, art, monuments, folk traditions, nature and gastronomic specialties. In the picturesque streets of the old town you will find many good restaurants that authentic dishes of Tuscan tradition at fairer prices than most with other Italian cities. The main market of the monumental cathedral square and the surrounding streets twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday morning) and is not to be missed!

A new entrance has been created on the ground floor, closer to the car park and more easily accessible by car. From the entrance you can access the house either by stairs or by elevator. All the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are on the first floor. The new spaces are the bedroom with bathroom, reachable by lift and the living room connected to both the lift and the kitchen with dining area.

Other improvements that have been made are the new outdoor pool, new solar shower, new heat pump for pool heating, new outdoor dining tables.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
