The flat has independent access from the garden with three steps leading into the house. The garden is furnished for outdoor relaxation, and the pool offers a refreshing break after exploring Tuscany. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, barbecue, washing machine, private parking, and mosquito nets on all windows. Guests can also enjoy a vegetable garden.

The property is in the Santa Maria residential area, with stunning views of the Siena hills and close to shops and services. Lucignano, known as the "pearl of the Valdichiana," is a medieval village renowned for its concentric ring layout. It is located at the crossroads of Florence, Arezzo, Siena, and Perugia and offers a rich cultural, artistic, and gastronomic heritage. Popular destinations such as Arezzo (28 km), Cortona (35 km), Siena (45 km), Perugia (70 km), and Florence (80 km) are easily accessible.

The owner lives on the upper floor, with independent access, and is available to assist guests discreetly if needed. The property offers a variety of recreational activities, including tennis rackets, badminton, darts, chess, billiards, and bowls. In spring and summer, the owners introduce butterfly worms to the garden for guests to admire. A welcome basket with wine, water, and coffee capsules is provided on arrival.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
