The apartments in the two-piece residence (type A and type B) and the beautiful single-storey villas (type C and type D), each with four apartments, are grouped around the popular pool area with children's area on the spacious, well-kept garden. While you are being pampered in the in-house wellness area (for a fee), an animation team takes care that the children do not get bored in the high season. In the restaurant with pizzeria, an outdoor terrace and pool view you can enjoy culinary delights.The coastal promenade with a sandy beach and numerous restaurants, cafés and bars can be reached in a short walk. The beaches along the pine forest south of the town are free of charge, in contrast to those on the coastal promenade. The pine forest stretches about 15 kilometers from the mouth of the river to the neighboring municipality of Bibbona and provides a pleasant cooling, especially in summer. The area, which is also home to many animal species, has been a nature reserve since 1977 (Riserva Statale Tomboli di Cecina). Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
