This 1-bedroom farmhouse in Cortona has a shared swimming pool and central heating to enjoy. It is ideal for a family of 3 to stay.

You can enjoy the views of the hills in Cortona. Cortona is at 5 km to explore. There is lake Trasimeno at 20 km to enjoy a swim or fishing. You can also explore the historic cities of Tuscany and Umbria from here. As supermarkets and restaurants are at 1 km you can meet your basic needs of food and shop at a short distance.

Enjoy a cozy ambiance inside with central heating and air conditioning. The living room has a TV and a single sofa bed to lounge. A children's bed and high chair are provided for the kids. The garden with furniture is relaxing and provides an enjoyable barbecue. Parking is provided here and there is space for 1 pet at € 30/Stay.

“Beautiful small-scale location with a few apartments, it is very centrally located. Nice pool and it is well cared for. Pool is located in a spacious garden with olive trees. We had a beautiful Tuscan apartment, spacious enough for 2 people and possibly a 3rd on the sofa bed if necessary. The complex is located on a main road but we had little problems. If you really go for 100% silence, then you have to be somewhere else ... We have a good time and enjoyed the area with places like Cortona, Arezzo, Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciona, Montalcino, Lake Trasimeno.”

“Lovely place with nice little typical towns near town. Good for families with small and bigger children. Low swimming pool with bed and umbrellas. Apartments well equiped, clean with good bed. A / C systems are ok, not super buy will do. Good for one week stays was our opinion. Friendly owner and helpful staff. Hvis du kommer til å ha de lejligheder som ligger tæt på veien, kan jeg tro at det kan være forstyrrende hvis du kommer for en absolutt stille tid. Private table and seating, neatly positioned so they are private. Surrounded by fence and gate so you really feel yourself away from the outside.”

“Beautiful apartment as part of a villa on secluded grounds in this beautiful part of Italy (Cortona) not yet flooded by tourists. Despite the company next to and beyond, there was enough separation through trees and gardens as well as an automatic gateway that we Did not bother and bother us on a kind of private island. Well on a busy road, but we did not suffer any further. Together with 2 more families we enjoyed this peaceful place and the nice surroundings and the beautiful swimming pool. Camucia at 1 km is but small town with supermarkets and several good and value-for-money restaurants, Cortona at 3 km is a gem, more touristy and tourist-oriented, all to do and see. Every day, someone was available at the office, who also advised us where to go and arranged a cooking course (4 courses, delicious pasta and chicken) in Cortona. The owner brought me personally to the hospital when In a cut wound and brought about the translation. Fantastic”

“We initially had some trouble finding the house because the address is not entered into the navigation system. This problem proved the other guests to have. The place where the house is located, is beautiful. Pity the complex of cottages situated on a very busy main road. Here you have really bother. The pool is great. There is a lot quieter. Do you hear that the agricultural factory that lies behind the cottages. We have as I said had a very nice holiday and found to have turn the shame back home.”

“From the moment you drive into the port exudes calm at you ... The hostess is super sweet and help where you can ... Nothing needs, anything goes. Pool is brilliant as are all lying and seating around it. We had the largest apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms surprisingly well. Air conditioning works perfectly. The location is pretty central and directory that you get on arrival shows you all the villages in the area you must visit.”

“This excellent apartment is one of four in an enclosed walled garden. In this garden are two identical houses with both upstairs and downstairs apartment with private entrance and private patio. There is plenty of parking under cover. At the end of the garden there is a lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers, play equipment for children, table tennis and a large table with seating for general gebruik.De location is a few kilometers from the town of Cortona and is located just north of Lake Trasimeno. For us it was a great base for visiting the cities of Siena, Perugia and Assisi. And towns like Cortona, Arezzo edWij find this apartment a real winner!”
