About the holiday home

Located in Sasso Pisano, this quiet 2-bedroom holiday home is perfect for a small group or couples on a romantic getaway. There is also a private swimming pool which overlooks the Tuscan hills nearby.

The picturesque village of Sasso Pisano (3 km) is the perfect place to enjoy in the thermal waters of the new Biolake, intended for relaxation and well-being. The famous Geothermal Natural Park Biancane geyser (8 km) and the hilly terrain of Colline Metallifere (26 km) are also worth visiting.

This tastefully decorated holiday home is well-furnished with modern amenities to provide you a comfortable stay. The large kitchen has a hob, an oven and a microwave. Besides, there is also a satellite TV and a fireplace to lounge. You can even unwind at the private garden, decked with furniture. The host provdes a cot and a high chair, at a small fee; and allows 2 pets at a small fee.

The nearest airport is Pisa International Airport, which is 1.5 hours' drive away from the holiday home.

“The garden was perfect. The house was certainly not. We had a lot of bad weather and it was not warm, so we also spent a lot of time indoors. The doors close poorly and a lot of cold air comes through. The heating was not allowed to be used before October 15, so we were very cold in the "living room". Fine for the summer if you live outside, but if it gets cold at 4 o'clock, then it is very makeshift in the house. With hard straight chairs and a sagging couch. Little information was given. The lady was very nice, but only spoke Italian. We speak 4 languages, but no Italian. So we did not understand a lot. Very far from civilization. Before you reach a small town with a little more than 4 houses and a church, you are certainly 45-60 minutes away by car. The area is nice for walking, but a shame about those smelly pipes that are everywhere. Beds were very good. Swimming pool is not heated, so it was much too cold to use.”

“The house, the pool and the garden are beautiful! The view is great! Everything is very beautiful and you can tell that the hostess has decorated everything with a lot of love and dedication and takes great care of the property. Our hostess was very warm and always there for us and gave us tips for parties and events as well as restaurants. The pool was cleaned regularly without bothering us in the slightest. The house is very well located for trips to cities and the sea. A car is recommended, however. A gem for small families and couples... We felt completely at home and will definitely come back! “House with a large garden with a lot of privacy and several seating areas. The house itself is basic, as it appears in the photos and in the description. There are some villages in the area, but to go to a larger supermarket, for example, you have to drive on mountain roads for a while. The owners solve problems quickly and are very friendly.”

“The arrival can be improved as far as we are concerned by agreeing a time in advance. To then arrive at the holiday home. The Tom Tom sends you perfectly to the right place. The accommodation is great with lots of privacy. We found the area not beautiful. The energy company Enel has built around Cooling Towers and ugly pipes for cooling water run throughout the area.”

“Beautiful home. Beautiful environment. Well maintained garden and swimming pool. Very suitable for families with a dog. Decor a bit sober, but not bad for the summer months, because then you mainly live outside. For 6 people not suitable for 4 adults with 1 child in our opinion. The sofa bed in the living room is very small and certainly not suitable for two adults. When this has unfolded you are in a pit. Furthermore, had a wonderful time here.”

“The house was isolated, but once arrived ... what a paradise. A real Tuscan house (simple), but a beautifully landscaped garden with swimming pool and everywhere terraces and "all evening lighting. And then the view ... really beautiful, an oasis of peace. The pool was cleaned every other day and it equally deep everywhere (about 1.60) So beware of very small children!”
