This beautiful stone farmhouse, situated in the Casentino valley, consists of 2 apartments with attractive, Tuscan country style interiors. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the house and from the swimming pool. The house has been fully renovated and features some typically Tuscan elements such as the traditional tile flooring, wooden rafters and wrought-iron and wooden furniture.

At around 300 meters from the house you'll find a small swimming pond, a picnic table, barbecue and toilet. The gorgeous views across the valley, the ancient woodlands and the surrounding villages are beautiful and you'll love the Tuscan countryside with its olive trees, vineyards, chestnut trees and cypresses. The closest town is Ortignano Raggiolo, which is about 3 km away.

The large garden and the swimming pool are perfect for resting and relaxing. At the same time, this is an ideal base for cultural trips to Florence, Arezzo, and other Tuscan towns.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
