This beautiful house is part of a village located on the border between the Etruscan Coast and the Maremma, not far from the beautiful beaches of Baratti and San Vincenzo.
From this position you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, a few kilometers from the sea.
The Borgo is located on the hill, is a traditional stone built, completely and carefully renovated maintaining the cozy old style, yet offering all the necessary amenities to spend a beautiful holiday.
Also the interiors of the apartments have been renovated in the warm Tuscan style, with wooden beams and all furnished and equipped for the comfort of our guests.

At guests' disposal: swimming pool, private garden with barbecue, air conditioning, tennis court and table tennis, high chair and children’s bed, parking.
The double rooms are 2, one is on the loft open to the living room and the other double bedroom.

Guests can start the day with a morning walk through the centre, which is 3 km from the property. There is a restaurant 1 km away and the nearest supermarket is 3 km away. Here you can score a delicious breakfast in the morning. Bicycles are also available to explore the area.
The sea is at a distance of 7 km if you want to spend a day by the bay or watch beautiful sunsets.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
