This modern holiday home in Massa is ideal for a family or a group. It can accommodate 6 guests and has 2 bedrooms. It has a private garden, shared with the owner, for you to unleash all the worries of the day over a cup of tea outdoors.

Sea lies 1.5 km from the home if you wish to enjoy a day out in the open. For your convenience, the restaurants, supermarkets, and town center are 100 m from the stay. The towns of La Spezia, Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini Terme, Pistola, and Firenze are nearby and great for day trips.

To enjoy the evenings, sit out with your dear ones in the shared garden with a glass of wine. This home offers a trampoline, a high chair, and a children’s bed for the little ones. Parking is in place for your convenience.

“A nice house in the outskirt of Massa de Marina. The house has a nice and quiet garden away from the traffic noise. If you have sensible ears, you can hear the motorway in the night,- not a problem for normal ears. A wonderful restaurant lays suprisingly next door. Sweet and helpful owner, but he speaks only italian. To get to the beach and to the center of Marina de Massa, you need to use car.”
