This 7-bedroom villa in Montalcino is located within the national park of Val d'Orcia, Unesco heritage and surrounded by Brunello vineyards. The oldest part of this property dates back to the 15th century and it offers 7 bedrooms to accommodate 18 guests. Many families or large groups coming on an unwinding holiday can stay here. You can take a swim in the private swimming pool or just relax in the warmth of bubble bath here.



You can go to the town centre, 5 km away and enjoy a lovely lunch or dinner or may be shop for your essentials from the stores. A drive will take you the nearest sea beach too.



The private garden is equipped with a barbecue to enjoy delicious dinner outdoors enjoying a delicious glass of red wine of the area. You can enjoy reading a book on the terrace too. Parking is on-site. Table tennis table, table football and billiards is also available to keep you active while indoors.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
