Quiet and cozy apartments surrounded by lush orchards on the outskirts of Schlanders in the Stelvio National Park. A wonderfully landscaped garden in full bloom with a wide variety of fruit sweetens cozy moments on your terrace. Various cultural events such as concerts, theater performances and exhibitions take place in the village during the season. The popular pedestrian zone gives the small town a truly urban flair. Lined with picturesque little streets, there is a multitude of shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. A weekly market takes place every Thursday, where many regional specialties and products can be purchased.

Activities nearby : Hikers, bikers, mountaineers and climbers, but also extreme sports enthusiasts - there is something for everyone here. But the most popular thing is probably hiking on a network of paths that is more than 100 km long to the mountain pastures and refuges in the region, along the level irrigation channels or the Vinschger Höhenweg. Numerous cycle paths through the wide, flat valley floor offer cyclists views of the magical landscape. The Vinschgau cycle path is particularly popular. It is part of the well-known Adige cycle path and the Via Claudia Augusta cycle path, which passes near the house

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
