A covered barbecue area with running water ensures cozy culinary evenings outdoors. The ground-level holiday home offers space for up to six people on a living space of 100 square meters. Here you can combine a quiet holiday in nature with days at the beach on the nearby coast.Floridia is about twelve kilometers from Syracuse and is characterized by the picturesque landscape. In the small town you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the rocky coast can be reached from here in about 20 minutes by car. Activities nearby : The unique city of Syracuse is just a short drive from your vacation home. Already in ancient times it was considered very powerful and was once the cultural center of the Greeks. Even today, there are many testimonies to the long history of this special city, especially on the 40-hectare island of Ortygia, the core of the old town, for which you should plan a day. A tour to the nature reserve of Vendicari, around 40 kilometers away, a mixture of lagoons, sand dunes, rocky coastlines and sandy beaches is also recommended. Here you can discover a variety of flora and fauna. Also visit the baroque town of Noto, which was almost completely destroyed in an earthquake in the 17th century and then completely rebuilt

TIME PERIOD (150€) of the price list will be applied.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
