This cozy holiday home is located near the small town of Floridia, which is surrounded by a blooming landscape. The house and the location allow you to have a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean environment. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is only 15 minutes away by car and is an excellent starting point to explore the beauties of the island. If you would like to exercise, you can do so in your own pool or on the treadmill, which is available on the veranda.

Interior:
The ground floor living space of the house of around 100 square meters is comfortably furnished for six people and offers an atmospheric living room with comfortable upholstered furniture, air conditioning, an open fireplace and satellite TV. Habitable kitchen with electric oven.
Two bedrooms with double beds, both with air conditioning, a small bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower/toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer represent the other rooms and comforts of the house. Wi-Fi available.

Outdoor area:
A beautiful, cozy and spacious veranda surrounds the house and gives you the opportunity to dine al fresco with a view of the garden.
A beautifully landscaped garden with large lawns is the setting for the pool for the exclusive use of holidaymakers. Pavilion with table and chairs, additional small kitchen and bathroom/toilet in a small outbuilding make staying outdoors even more comfortable. Grill and garden furniture are available.

Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility
On request, use of the pool is also possible before 05/01/24 and after 09/30/24 with an additional charge


It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Air conditioning is only available in the double bedroom and in the hallway.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
