Surrounded by greenery, you have a fantastic view of the Maddalena archipelago and Corsica: so you can idyllically spend your most beautiful holiday days in the well-kept residence. The complex is made up of three condominiums arranged on different levels, so that almost all the apartments have a sea view (on request, for a fee). The special construction gives you a village character. Relax on the spacious panoramic terrace or cool off with a dip in the shared pool. The tastefully furnished apartments guarantee you privacy and a high level of comfort. After a rewarding day at the beach or a varied mountain bike tour, you can end the balmy evening hours on your private terrace with a glass of wine from the nearby winery. In the north-east of Sardinia you can experience the splendid landscape of the Gulf of Arzachena. The tourist centers of the Costa Smeralda are all easily reachable by car. The closest towns are Cannigione (about ten minutes) and Cala Bitta (six minutes). You can also reach the port of Porto Cervo in just over 15 minutes. The coast of the region is very rugged and, in addition to many rugged rocks, it also has some fine sandy beaches. Activities nearby: The area is perfect for walking and mountain biking. A few kilometers away there is also a riding school that organizes trips to the beach for both beginners and experts. With a rental car, you can embark on a journey into the Bronze Age: visit, for example, the nuragic village of Prisgiona, the Albucciu nuraghe and the small temple of Malchittu. In tourist locations such as Baja Sardinia, Cannigione, Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo, various traditional markets take place every day, some even in the evening.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
