Pollenza is a small town located in the province of Macerata in Le Marche region. The old part of this town has city walls. Beautiful cities to visit nearby are Treia, Macerata, Tolentino and San Severino. At 2 km from the villa, you have the town center of Pollenza and the supermarkets to shop for everything you need. If you wish to spend a day at the seabeach, you have to go 32 km.



With wooden beams on the ceiling, stone walls, and Cotto tiles, the villa offers a traditional feel. There is a beautiful fenced garden to linger in the hours of sunshine while children enjoy playing their favorite games. From the private terrace, you have a beautiful view of the area. A barbecue and parking are available.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival. The amount is 0.80 Euro per person per night.
