Casale Verbena is a spacious country house situated in a panoramic hill, in the border area between Marche and Emilia Romagna. The Adriatic Coast and the Republic of San Marino are in less than 30 minutes-drive.

Casale Verbena consists of 2 levels:
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a large dining table, a relaxing lounge and a reading room with fireplace; here there are also the well- equipped kitchen and one toilette.
On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with a single bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. The space in the double rooms allows the addition of eventual other 2 single beds.
The villa has both, a nice porch and a gazebo, where you can have dinner and relax; The pool is spacious and covered with wood. In the old restored barn, separate from the house, you can keep your car indoors, as if in a garage.

Immersed in nature, it offers peace and tranquility to those looking for a relaxing holiday, but with the opportunity to visit the many beautiful towns and boroughs that surround it, such as Sassocorvaro and the Castle and the Caves of Onferno.
In less than 30 minutes you can also reach the Adriatic Coast, for those who would like to enjoy a holiday by the sea, with entertainment, shopping and the many theme parks for children and adults. For nature lovers there is no lack of really unexpected views and landscapes, such as the dam of Mercatale with its grassy banks that offers a nice alternative to a day at the beach or the Regional Park of Sasso Simone and Simoncello, where one can enjoy hiking and trekking.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
