This accommodation with its typical brick structure is an independent house with a large private garden.
The house is located in a city block, where a couple of local families live, but the private entrance leaves this accommodation with an excellent privacy.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two.
On the first floor are the rooms: one double and one twin with two single beds; on the same level there is a bathroom with a shower.
The atmosphere that you breathe is familiar, warm and welcoming.

At about 2 km from the house there are Piagge and Montemaggiore for daily shopping.
In less than 20 minutes you can reach the sea and the city of Fano, famous for its beautiful summer evenings full of events, shops for shopping and fine restaurants.
Many historic villages to visit nearby: Mondavio, Corinaldo orange flag for the most beautiful villages in Italy Touring club, Fossombrone and the only UNESCO site of Le Marche, Urbino.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
