About the holiday home

From roof terrace you have a fantastic view of the village of Bunyola and its surroundings. It is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. In the furnished courtyard you can extend the menu with grill dishes and spend pleasant hours with friends and family.

In the 3 - storey house you will find the spacious, air - conditioned living - dining area with open kitchen on the ground floor. Watch a program on satellite TV or organise a game night with the kids. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils for cooking. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are provided.

There are two bedrooms. One bedroom with a trundle bed, en suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace on the ground floor. The second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning on the first floor. A second bathroom with shower is situated on the first floor.On request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided.

The village of Bunyola is characterized by its proximity to the Tramuntana mountains and is your ideal holiday destination if you like hiking or cycling. Versatile routes e.g. To the waterfall Salt d'Es Freu or to the Castillo de Alaró but also the mountain villages Biniariax, Fornalutx, Valldemossa and Soller are recommended.

In Bunyola you will find all the important services you need for your stay. The nearest sandy beach is in Puerto de Soller. From Soller, the historic railway goes through scenic landscapes to Palma de Mallorca. The island capital of Palma lures with cultural offerings and historical buildings such as the Cathedral "La Seu", the castle "Bellver" and the beautiful old town.

Please note that the house is in the center of Bunyola and the week of September 18 to 24 are celebrated the City festival. There may be noise in the streets. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
