The villa on the first floor in a quiet residential area in Porlezza, this 1-bedroom apartment for 4 persons is located. It has a terrace with garden furniture and parasol to enjoy meals. Families or groups can stay in comfort here. Italian lakes are an extremely popular destination for tourists, particularly in the summer. Porlezza is located along the road that connects Lake Como with Lugano. Excursions to Lugano and Lake Como, which are 17 km and 11 km, respectively, are perfect for the family. The villa is on a side road, a short distance from the town center, which has various shops and restaurants. The lake with beaches and facilities is 1.5 km away. The villa has a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living/dining room. The open kitchen has an oven to bake cakes and pizzas as per need. You can linger on the terrace in the fresh air. Parking is in front of the house.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
