The wonderfully located complex on the western shore of Lake Maggiore is divided into a residence and a hotel area. The tastefully designed apartments within the residence leave nothing to be desired and promise an absolutely comfortable atmosphere. In just a few meters you can reach the private, wonderful sandy beach, which can be accessed via a small underpass on the coastal road. The pool can also be reached via this. Both the beach and the pool area are equipped with loungers and parasols: get your sunglasses out, grab your beach towel and perhaps an exciting book and you can start relaxing. In the town center (1.5 km) you will find numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets and many nice shops.

You are welcome to use the complete service facilities of the Caravan Park Village Continental (ILM03015) and the Residence Isolino (ILM03016), such as the spacious swimming area or the entertainment program 11 kilometers away. Wearing an identification bracelet is mandatory there

Some accommodations are suitable for people with reduced mobility and can be booked on request.
For hygienic reasons, access to the pool is only permitted with swimming caps.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
