This modern holiday home is situated in Molina di Ledro. Ideal for a group of friends or a family, there is 1 bedroom and can accommodate 6 guests. A shared furnished garden is in place to take a brewing cup of coffee and relax after a long day.



Lake lies only 50 m from the property for you to plan a day by the lakeside. Restaurant and grocery stores are at 300 m in the town center for your hustle-free stay.



Central heating is in place for you to stay comfortable. The open kitchen with a microwave is in place for you to use and prepare great meals. Experiment with your culinary skills with the barbecue on the shared furnished terrace. 3 pets are allowed on the property at a rate of €5/pet/night. A high chair and cot are provided for the little ones on request. Paid washing machine services are available.



Guests can check-in between 4-6 PM and check-out timings are 9-10 AM.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
