Located in Gravedona, this beautiful apartment is perfect for a family getaway or a group holiday. With 1 bedroom, it can accommodate up to 3 guests. A shared swimming pool is in place for you to relax and rejuvenate.

The nearest restaurants and the grocery store are 1 km away. The lake lies only 1000 m away if you wish to spend the day out in nature. The town center is 1000 m from the apartment.

Central heating is there for your comfortable stay. The apartment offers a lift for your convenience. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony or in the shared furnished garden, while soaking in the afternoon sun. You can park your vehicles in the parking area. A high chair and children’s bed are in place for the kids. 1 pet is allowed to stay on the property at an additional rate of € 7,20/night.

The check-in timings are between 3-6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.
The house can be reached from the car park, which is located within the property, via a recently installed lift (2019) or via an external staircase. The private covered car park can be reached from the road above (provincial road) via a short, rather steep ramp. From the lift to the entrance there is only 1 step.

Tourist tax is only applicable for guests over 14 years of age and for the first 10 days of their stay.
Any overpayment made at the time of booking will be refunded on the spot.
Service charges from 20/10 to 10/4 refer to heating and are additional to the service charges of 6 euros per person/night.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
