This well-kept holiday apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Wald, just a few kilometers from Arzl im Pitztal. The apartment is perfect for couples. But thanks to an additional sleeping option on the sofa bed in the living room, it can also accommodate a small family.

The holiday resort of Arzl is located at the beginning of the Pitztal valley and is about 15 km from the Hochzeiger skiing and hiking area. The Pitztal Glacier and Rifflsee ski and hiking area are only 37 km away. It is also close the district capital Imst, which offers a lot of variety. The holiday apartment is only 5 km from the town centre, and there are shopping and dining options only 3 km away.

The holiday apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor, offers its guests the use of the shared wellness area – complete with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and solarium – as well as a communal garden with barbecue facilities.

An additional guest (up to 12 years old) can be accommodated for an extra €20.00 per day.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
