“The house was "open" and the caretaker came after telephone contact to give an explanation. There was a lack of clarity about the deposit and that has been arranged. The house met all expectations and wishes / requirements. The view was fantastic - a sloping lawn with a little vague in the depth - a very quiet environment with few disturbing sounds and images. Disappointing: the accessibility for the elderly / there is no railing along the stairs / lack of support points for disabled people in the toilet and shower, but the entire group was wildly enthusiastic about the quality of the house and garden.”

“Really a nice house. Lots of land and forest on their own property. Beautiful surroundings. Kitchen is well equipped. The electric hobs were well made. It took a long time for the water to boil. Living / dining room was nice. Separate chill room for the children. Playing table tennis was very nice. It is very noisy "evening and early morning from the living / dining room to part of the bedrooms through an open ceiling to the landing. Many bedrooms with alternating showers or baths. A few rooms had the shower / bath in the hallway. You can also barbecue outside on the picnic tables.”

“The house is large enough for a group of 30 people. But the dining room is decorated with heavy furniture, which makes it impossible for you to pass the tables easily. Bowling is ok. 2 dishwashers, plenty of hobs and large frigo's + deep freezers.The rooms are under the roof, leaving space in a lot of places. The bathrooms are ok but not super-luxurious. Again, under the roof, which sometimes makes it even awkward.The plantation in nature is very beautiful. The house is quiet and the view outside is beautiful.Gelet at the still price, it was not good for us price / quality.”

“The house is very nice and it is very spacious. However, there is a serious problem with the water. We had 2 days to several bathrooms or water was not hot. As a result, not everyone can shower. “We have 14 people (including 8 children aged 4-10 years) had a great midweek in this beautifully situated and comfortable home. The beds were decent, there were more than enough showers and children have almost non-stop-tennis. The view is fantastic. Furthermore, there was plenty to do in the area. Ideal that the kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers and two ovens. The only downside we found the hot water supply. It took a long time for the water in the kitchen and bathrooms and showers were hot at the same time was not really possible. But in our opinion one of the better houses where we have been in the Ardennes.”

About the holiday home

In a beautiful small valley, in the middle of the woods, this is a 10-bedroom holiday home in Sosoye (Anhée). There is a private terrace with outdoor furniture to host barbecue evenings. It is perfectly suited for a get-together with family and friends, a total of 30 persons.

At 1 km from home, you have supermarkets and restaurants. To explore the culture and get an insight into the streetscape, the town center is 5 km away. You also have a lake at 5 km for a pleasant day out. You can visit various nature reserves, castles, and the town of Dinant easily from here.

The holiday home has central heating for comfort and a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals of your choice. In the playroom, you can play a match of table tennis. The fenced garden with a pond is great to enjoy lazy walks and let your children free to play until their heart's content. There are a children's bed and a high chair for little guests.
