Upstairs, a spacious terrace provides unobstructed views and four sun loungers for relaxing—on clear days, you can even see the Bay of Alcudia! The property is fully fenced, offering total privacy with no neighbors nearby.

The porch leads into a cozy living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The bedrooms each feature two single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and share a bathroom with a shower. If you're traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided.

Nestled among almond trees, the finca is just 5 km from the north coast and the sandy beach of Can Picafort, which is ideal for families and water sports. The town offers supermarkets, bars, and restaurants for your convenience. For a more cultural experience, we recommend visiting Alcúdia's old town, the S'Albufera Natural Park, the Caves of Campanet, or the Formentor Lighthouse.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
