This private countryside house features an 11.5m x 6m saltwater pool with depths ranging from 0.8m to 1.7m, surrounded by grass and hammocks for relaxation. An outdoor shower and a porch with an electric pan and gas stove offer a great space for preparing meals. The house is fenced, offering privacy with no direct neighbors.

The spacious Mediterranean-style house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with satellite TV, a dining room for 10, a fully equipped gas kitchen, and another smaller dining area. There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and exit to the garden, and another with two single beds. Two bathrooms (with bath or shower) and a separate toilet complete this level.

Upstairs, there’s another living room and three more bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds (one with access to a large terrace). All bedrooms have wardrobes. Two additional bathrooms are here, one with a shower and the other with a hot tub. Two cots and high chairs are available upon request. The house also provides four fans, a washing room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Located just 6 km from Campos, a town with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, and close to Colonia de Sant Jordi for fresh seafood dining. Visit the protected Cabrera Island, Es Trenc beach, and Cala Pi.

There is parking for 5 cars. Pets and events are not allowed.

Distances: Beach 17 km (Es Trenc), Airport 38.3 km, Golf 24.7 km, Campos 6 km.

Tourist license: ETV/5330. Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid on arrival.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
