“What a beautiful site! To start at the beginning, the reception was great! Very warmly received at the reception. We could go directly to the house. The photos show what you can expect, very atmospheric Austrian chalet. To enter the chalet there is a staircase to take, but that was no problem for us. We felt right at home, it was what we had booked! Spacious bedrooms with made beds, plenty of space for storing your clothes. Bathroom is small, but everything is there and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, the thermostatic tap was broken, but it was replaced immediately after notification. We used the barbecue regularly, delicious on the covered veranda terrace! We are regularly out, it is a beautiful environment. Eating out in the village is a must, which restaurant you choose does not matter everything is fine and delicious food!”

“We really had a wonderful stay in the mountain hut. It really is a top location if you like hiking because there are plenty of mountains nearby. We received a warm welcome on arrival and received information about the immediate area and the corona rules of the moment. When we saw the mountain hut we immediately had an ultimate holiday feeling. It looked super neat, there was a lot of information about the area ready and we could use everything right away, including the stove. The mountain hut has a beautiful view from the terrace because it is a bit higher, you can look nicely into the valley. It is a beautiful area for a lovely walk. We had a great holiday!”

“We felt very comfortable in De Berghuit. Very nice landlord. Many thanks to Gina and Peter, who always had an open ear for everything. The decor is very quaint and cozy. Watching the sun rise in the morning on the terrace with a cup of coffee ... wonderful. The big gas grill delighted my husband's heart. Washer and dryer are available. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is very well maintained. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 1 bathroom with shower / toilet. Another toilet is on the ground floor. The wood stove heats well and wood is available free of charge. There is a nice little lake with a sunbathing area nearby. The Turracher 3 Seen Weg is highly recommended. Stadl itself is very small and quiet, there is a supermarket. In the oldest inn in Styria, Gasthaus Winter, there is delicious food. Well worth trying this out. In September we had summer weather during the week and could still go to the swimming lake and on departure weather changes and snow. Unfortunately, rafting was no longer possible at that time. Still a very nice and relaxing vacation for us. We would love to come back”

From the tourism operation in the holiday village you get rather nothing, since "de Berghut" is located at the top of the settlement.
