The idyllic holiday region of Wagrain-Kleinarl is an inspiring holiday destination in every season. In summer you can cool off and relax in the Jägersee or the Wasserwelt Wagrain. In winter, skiing and fun on the slopes in the Kleinarl skiing area, in St. Johann/ Alpendorf or in Flachau, which is only 20 minutes away by car, is guaranteed.

The lovingly furnished holiday flat, which also has a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen, is equipped with everything you need. When the weather is nice, you can barbecue outside and let the children play on the climbing frame in the garden.

As a guest, you have free access to the water world in Wagrain for 3 hours a day, and all day if the weather is nice. In Summer, depending on the length of your stay, you receive free mountain and valley rides for the Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl shuttle mountain.


Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
