Why stay here?

Located in a peaceful corner of Kirchberg in Tirol, this chalet is ideal for a group or 2 families to enjoy a stay near the mountains. There is a terrace to relish an evening barbecue while enjoying the stunning view.

Things to do around

There are plenty of opportunities for mountain biking in The Kitzbühel Alps. The ski bus at 300 m will take you to Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area for winter fun. The lake and swimming pool lie 8 km away. The golf course is 11 km. The hiking trail and bicycle path start just 300 m away from the chalet. Ki-West Gondola and Pengelstein Gondola are also nearby.

What to expect from the space?

The chalet has a decorative fireplace and a garden to relax during the evening. Parking is also provided. Soak up the sun lying on the deckchairs sipping your favourite cocktail.

The airport lies 80 km away. Public transport is at 200 m and the train station is 8 km.

“Had a wonderful stay, the cottage is very nicely decorated, everything you need is there. Everything was clean on arrival. The beds are great. The location is fantastic, a wonderful view over Aschau, a cozy little village, with some super good restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance (2 minutes). Beautiful hiking trails from the house. Kirchberg is a 10-minute drive by car. The bus stop is opposite the supermarket. We will definitely go there again!”

“A lovely house located in small Aschau. A beginners ski slope is within walking distance. Our grandchildren aged 11 and 8 had a wonderful time there with sleds and skis/snowboard. For great snow fun, you can reach the various gondolas in about 10-20 minutes by car or ski bus. The nearest is the Brixen/Westendorf gondola. Further on you will find the Maierlbahn, the Gaisberg and the Fleckalmbahn. And a little further Kitzbuhel. In short, plenty to do in winter. Right next to the cozy house there is a nice restaurant and 2 houses further a small SPAR with everything you need and with fresh rolls in the morning. The house is fully equipped. We: grandparents, parents and 2 grandchildren had a wonderful time here. Each has its own sleeping compartment with bathroom. Washing machine and dryer are also nice if you come back from the slopes with wet clothes. I can imagine that it is also an El Dorado here in summer with so many beautiful walking and cycling routes! So we will definitely come back!”

Cottage is located in Asschau, part of Kirckberg and not far from the fashionable Kitzbuhel and St-Johan. See that you get the code in advance for the locker that contains the house key. It took us 2 hours to reach someone on Sunday.”

“We had a fantastic holiday ... beautiful surroundings and many beautiful walks. Environment is also very nice for children. On many mountains beautiful play opportunities for the kids. Made use of the Sommercard with which you can visit 37 places. With the cable cars up or swimming in good weather. Simply top. The only pity was that we did not receive guest cards and that our chalet had not yet been cleaned on arrival. We left the Netherlands on time to be there on time. We would be able to enter our chalet from 3 p.m., so it's a shame that we can't. After many back and forth calls, our chalet was cleaned and we could move in at a quarter to six. For cleaning you pay 160 euros, then you can also expect it to be clean. I can tell you that it really leaves a lot to be desired. Too bad about all this so immediately at the start of holiday. Furthermore, it was a great holiday; because of the beautiful surroundings and the beautiful weather. We will definitely come back, but then not in this chalet. Warm regards, Mariëlle”

“Cozy chalet with the necessary comfort. On the pictures "the chalet shows larger than in reality. Provided with everything you need for a successful holiday. The beds are a bit small for people of 1.80 m or larger. Nice and very quiet location yet close to restaurant shop and ski bus, a major asset is that you can go skiing in both Westendorf and Kitzbühel!”
