When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.
You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.
When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.
Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.
In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.
If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.
All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.
Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival. The amount is 0.80 Euro per person per night.

When the booking is completed, it will be made with Belvilla and not DanCenter. You will receive a booking confirmation and additional communication from Belvilla. They will also be handling customer service request, cancellations etc.
