“Lovely quiet location with large garden for the dogs. Had good weather so spent a lot of time outside. Cottage itself is simple, but in good weather you are still outside a lot. Environment is beautiful with nice places within a good driving distance.”

“Nice house neatly cared for Lovely enclosed garden for the dog. Quiet location. Possibly a little more description regarding not only bed linen, but also towels, etc. Some necessary daily use of, for example, salt and pepper would be useful. Especially there are no supermarkets in the area. Had a wonderful long weekend.”

“The garden was ok indeed fully enclosed. In the house, on the other hand, there were many defects, there were not many bags and of the bags that were there where many torn and with chunks off, a casserole to roast your meat was NOT there, we went to get it in the shopping center, the Senseo was not cleaned there was still a path from the previous tenant, the dimensions of the beds are not correct, we stood there with our fitted sheets of 1.40 m - 2.00 m that were much too small for the beds and were forced to go for new ones buy from 1.60m-2.00m, the duvet covers far too big for the duvets of 2.00m-2.00m, A freezer is not available in the kitchen but in the basement that you open through a heavy hatch under the mat in the living. The garden chairs that had also had their best time, there were 2 chairs that were still human. For us, the price of this house is way too high for what you get. The walks we did there were very beautiful and that was able to make up for our leave a bit”

“Great short break, sauna and hot tub are great. It's just a shame that there weren't any lighter, matches or ZIPs in the whole house to use the hot tub. We had to buy it later, as well as batteries for the remote control (which unfortunately didn't work when we arrived). Apart from these details everything was as expected!”

“The arrival was a bit messy, because the owner was abroad. His daughter received us, but was clearly not happy with it. The accommodation and the surroundings are fine. The hot tub was a "thing". We first had to suck the water into the wood reservoir before we could heat the hot tub. We had to use all the wood to make the water lukewarm after 14 hours of firing. We spent all day heating, but we were unable to use it! Perhaps, from now on, the owner can ensure that the hot tub is warm when guests arrive. Now you pay for something you don't get!”

On our arrival the owner arrived with the key to the house, gave clear explanations, told us to call him if there was anything. Totally fine. “Quiet area. Fenced garden, which is nice for any dogs. The cottage was efficient. Shops and restaurants within reasonable distance. The cottage was clear that there was smoke smell. The odor trap in the shower malfunction, causing an exhaust air remains hangen.Wij have the house tidy, but leave administrator has failed to repay deposit! Contrary to what is in the agreement will regulate the manager all in cash. You have been warned! After many calls and mail Ardennes Relais has ended yet paid back the deposit.”

The beautiful landscape in the heart of the Ardennes welcomes you. Enjoy a vacation in Gouvy from this 2-bedroom holiday home with a family of 5 persons. Surrounded by hills and forests, it comes with a sauna, bubble bath, and paid hot tub to unwind after a hectic day.

The region offers plenty for the adventure lovers. From Nordic skiing to walking, horseback riding, and mountain biking, there is much to try here. Day trips to La Roche, Bastogne, Houffalize and Durbuy are also recommended. Supermarket, restaurants, and nightlife pubs are at 10 km. There is a lake at 10 km for a pleasant day out.

Enjoy your mornings from the private terrace, having breakfasts with view of the hills. The fenced furnished garden is ideal to stretch out in the open air.
