This attractive large holiday home for a maximum of 6 people is located in Bruck an der Großglocknerstraße, near Zell am See in Salzburgerland and impresses with its tasteful furnishings, excellent location and great view of the town and the surrounding mountain landscape.

The holiday home offers a spacious living room with a large dining table, a modern, open, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite (2 with extra bunk beds), another bedroom and bathroom, a large terrace, ski room/storage room and a garden. Parking spaces at the house are also available.

The town of Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse is only 10 minutes by car from the well-known holiday resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun. Three different ski areas, two beautiful ski resorts and a picturesque lake, this is what the Zell am See - Kaprun ski region offers at the foot of the famous Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The slopes on the Schmittenhöhe, the Maiskogel family ski area and the snow-sure ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn offer a total of 150 kilometers of pistes full of variety. The Zell am See - Kaprun region is also ideal for winter hikers, cross-country fans and freestylers. Numerous mountain huts and a lively après-ski round off the complete offer.

In the village or in Zell am See there are plenty of shops for everyday needs and a large selection of restaurants. The ski bus stops 300 m from the house.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
