This luxurious villa near Antibes and Cannes was completely renovated in 2022 and blessed with several terraces with breathtaking sea views. It is a very suitable option for sun holidays with the family and the house is also adapted for wheelchair users. From the parking (6 spaces) you reach the kitchen and on the ground floor there is one room and a bathroom, accessible without steps.

Vallauris has been a leading player in the field of ceramics and pottery since Gallo-Roman times, and you can admire this with your own eyes in the authentic workshops. The Plage du Soleil in Golfe-Juan is easily accessible by car, as is the seaside resort of Juan-le-Pins, known worldwide for its luxury fashion boutiques and annual jazz festival.

The 4 bedrooms of the main villa have a private bathroom and the guest house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathrooms are stylish and have unique tiling. All rooms are air-conditioned and you have access to Wi-Fi everywhere. Thanks to the different levels and spaces, you can enjoy a cosy holiday with the desired privacy. The swimming pool is heated to 28° from 1 April to the end of October and the villa also has a floodlit boule-court, a pool house with sauna and table tennis.

The cleaning fee of 650€ must be paid in cash on arrival.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
