The gorgeous 3 bedrooms villa in Malaucène is the perfect accommodation for families and large groups of friends, can accommodate 6 persons. The villa has a finnish sauna and private garden with barbecue, a large open terrace with built-in barbecue.

The area is so beautiful and natural surroundings are very impressive which can be explored by bike or on foot. Nearby river and the pebble beaches create the wonderful holiday feeling is about 500 m only. The suparmarkets are 5 km away.

From there, you'll find a beautiful, enclosed swimming pool and on the surrounding terrace, the loungers are already waiting for you. On the ground floor you'll find a garage, connected with the living room features a seating and a dining area.  A conservatory with lounge area and dining table and access to the fully equipped open plan kitchen with bar. Fermob dining room opens onto the terrace, giving the pleasant impression of being inside and outside at the same time. for a gala time. There are plenty of sun loungers and garden tables. Boule's pitch (boules provided) for fun and frolic. There is a parking facility for 2/3 cars. There is a remote-controlled automatic gate.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
