This beautiful and well-furnished villa in Var offers 4 bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests. Ideal for many families or friends, this property features a private pool and is close to Sainte Croix Lake. D'Artignosc Lake is just 2 km away. You can relish your favourite meals at the restaurants or go for groceries or bakery only 0.6 km and 0.5 km, respectively. The public pool is at 9 km. The air-conditioned property features two terraces and a garden, where you can laze around amidst the serene beauty. There is a seasonal private pool where you can enjoy a swim. Table tennis table, boules court, and play equipment ensure that kids have a lot of fun while in the villa. Barbecue, parking, high chair, washing machine, and a children’s bed are other available amenities. Public transport can be availed 12 km from the villa.

“This villa is absolutely fantastic. Very big, very clean, large kitchen and everything works. Towels, blankets, baby beds, wifi and anything you might need is there and it "s nicely decorated so you" ll feel right at home. The big terrace and playground was perfect for our 14 month old daughter. This place is perfect for groups and families but still cozy enough for a couple. Did I mention the swimming pool and jacuzzi? The house is situated on the edge of a small hill on Artignosc with a 360 degree view of the surrounding hills and forests. The village is small and very quite and within a minute you "ll find yourself walking through nature. Artignosc itself is small, rustic, near a small lake and gorge and within half an hour drive from other villages very nice with lots of historical remnants from Roman times (fountains, townsquares, towers etc). Within 45 minutes you "ll find yourself and the famous Gorges du Verdon, or as some say the French Grand Canyon (it is really the 2nd biggest canyon in the world!) From Artignosc it "sa 1.5 hour drive to St. Maxime on the Cote d 'Azur and I suggest you do that and add a day of beach fun to your peaceful stay. The first contact with the owner was very smooth and he was quick to re”

“Great holiday home, situated on a mountain about 1km. from small picturesque village sleeping Artignosc sur Verdon. The skin is actually much bigger and more luxurious than the photos and description appear. Inventory is ample and of good quality available. Other is all good quality. The location is wonderful. Looking out from your sunbed by the pool on the mountains of the Gorges du Verdon in the distant background. Very quiet and secluded something, no traffic noise, etc. For dog owners a perfect location / environment. There is plenty of cool water (pool and lake (approx. 15min. Walk)) and shade available. The grounds are well and fully fenced with a 1.5 meter high fence. Lots of privacy. At about 8km away is the first supermarket. Also a pretty diverse environment where you can easily by car to many attractions are. We had a top holiday and will definitely be back!”

Beds are a little on the short side for tall people (over 1.90 m). Quiet location but lots of amenities (including a well stocked Tabac) close. All in all a five star property! Tip: Pizzeria / Restaurant La Remise in St Laurent sur Verdon: simple but tasty with an excellent quality / price ratio.”
