Vacation house with amazing view The house has a very nice terrace and the view of the surroundings is incredible. There are 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 people. Ideal for a family on vacation, the house has a private swimming pool to cool off (heated to 23 °C upon request 10 days in advance and with extra charge from October to May).
The interior is very pleasant and has a spacious living room with a beautiful sofa, air conditioning and French doors. The television has Netflix and Internet is Fiber. A safe is at your disposal. Next to the dining table, there are also French windows leading to the terrace. The kitchen is elegant and luxurious.

There is a parking space next to the house, charging device for electric vehicle and in front of it you will find a large terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments all year round. Sun loungers and a large umbrella are at your disposal on the sunny terrace. When cooking, you have a nice view of the village, nestled on top of a hill.

You are less than 8 km from a beautiful golf course and the white sandy beaches of Cannes are less than 30 km away. There is a large lake 10 minutes away by car with beaches and pedal boats. Enjoy some wine tasting if you have time. Enjoy a day at the lake and water sports 6 km away.

Nice airport is 57 km away.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
