About the holiday home

Discover this beautiful holiday home in Provence, next to Orange. It is very comfortable and equipped with a beautiful swimming pool a tennis court (21x10m) and a vast, fenced and green garden.

The house is 5 minutes from the beautiful Roman city of Orange, with the Arc de Triomphe and the impressive ancient theatre. A little further away you will find Avignon, Carpentras, the Route des Vins and the Luberon. Just 4 km from the holiday home, Piolenc lake offers water games, paddle rental, fishing jetties (wheelchair accessible). The fortress of Mornas is a few kilometres away. You can canoe down the Gorges de l'Ardèche, stroll through the markets of Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine and enjoy an unforgettable day at water park Wave Island and Parc Spirou in Monteux.

Relax with a good book on the terrace or by the shaded courtyard with barbecue. There are plenty of leisure facilities in the form of a basketball ring, a mini billiard table and a de petanque court, and the elegant interiors feature copper and wood frequently.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

“Great house, great location and more than great host(ess) The private villa was great, very clean had more than enough bedroom and bathrooms. The aircos in the bedrooms were really fine and needed. The host(ess) were checking in every bed of everytime was alright and were very willing to help us with a various questions and subject. It was very helpfull. The pool was very clear and clear and very freshing after a hot day. The quality of the water was checking every 2 day. The location has a central location between Orange, Avignon, Marseille and the Ardèche. So lots of culture, nature and outdoor activities.”

“Everything was tip top only the furniture was a bit tight if you go with maximum number of people. Swimming pool, tennis court and garden were very well maintained. It was very nice to be in the garden. The landlord and his children are very friendly and warm people. We have had a nice holiday.”

“The surroundings, the house, the garden and the swimming pool were nice. The decor inside the room, kitchen and bedrooms was moderate to poor. You could not even dispose of a large part of the layout in a cycle. The garden furniture was also years old. Logically that something has gone wrong. In our case a very old deck chair. Only very useless that this is then deducted from your deposit. So you have a new inventory in a few years”

The pool is well maintained and enjoys a beautiful environment, terrace and greenery with shade. The tennis court is suitable for children and leisure tennis. The outdoor tables are well arranged and shaded. The house is located in a particularly quiet environment and near the village of Piolenc.”

“We were greeted warmly, the accommodation is generous and relatively quiet, although it is very close to the highway. The big plus are the pool and the tennis court - we used both a lot. The pool was very clean and the water quality was regularly checked. Very good!”

“The reception was very friendly. Every day the owners came to ask if there were any problems. In short, we felt very welcome. The house is fashionably decorated. This is because the owners live there. Many pictures on the wall and attributes that tell something about their lives, which makes you even more respectable. The beds could be modernized, but the airco in the bedrooms was very Enjoyable in the warm Provence. Two baths in which it is difficult to shower did not seem to be too big. Very nice it was that there were 3 fridges, so that there was no need for shopping for 10 people. And 2 washing machines were also The children enjoyed the large and deep swimming pool and the tennis court also served as a volleyball field for countless competitions especially in the evening. Wonderful that there was good lighting. Outside in the garden it was shady, with plenty of nice chairs. We could have a nice meal in a gazebo with a large round table, lighting and a wall socket to charge your phone. The house is very close to the autoroute du soleil, but we did not really bother. You can cycle beautifully along small roads between the fruit trees to the Rhône and to a lake. However, the signage is not always as clear and sometimes you ride too long along the carriageway. There are many nice villages in the area. The Mnt Ventoux is easily accessible to cycling fans and cities such as Orange, Avignon and Carpentras are easily accessible and very worthwhile. Shortly, we have had a week that will last for a long time. The grandchildren would like to go again next year. But that is of course awaiting.”

“Super received. Each room has an air con, very comfortable to sleep.The pool was superb and was maintained every day. Not too much chlorine in the water. Perfect.Excellent inner courtyard in the shade. Very nice for the children.We have visited Orange (pleasant town) and Avignon.Avignon is a must. Certainly at the time of the parties (theater, performances, street artists, ..) In short, very nice area for the wine, of course 😀👌”
