From this completely renovated and redecorated villa, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the small village of Callian, which seems to look benevolently at the villa. You can reach the villa on foot to buy fresh bread or have a meal. The house has a very nice terrace next to the old laundry room and the view on the surroundings is incredible. The villa is less than 8 km from a beautiful golf course and the white beaches of Cannes are less than 30 km away. There is a large lake 10 minutes away by car with beaches and pedal boats. The wines produced here are also excellent.

Our villa is situated on a fenced and flat plot of land. There is a private secured parking space inside the property, charging device for electric vehicle and at the front of the villa you will find a large terrace. Adjacent is a veranda where you can enjoy all year round very pleasant moments. You overlook the garden which has a second terrace under a beautiful tree. The swimming pool is particularly beautiful, heated (to 23 °C upon request 10 days in advance and with extra charge from October to May). On the sunny terrace there are sun loungers and a large umbrella. On the side of the house there is a nice petanque court and a fourth terrace.

The interior is very pleasant and has a spacious living room with a beautiful sofa, air conditioning and French doors. The television has Netflix and Internet is Fiber. Next to the dining table, there are also French doors to the terrace. The kitchen is elegant and luxurious. While cooking, you enjoy a nice view of the village which is nestled on top of a hill. The rooms are equipped with very good beds and each room has a flat screen TV, as well as air conditioning. It's really classy.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
