About the holiday home

This beautiful, typically Provencal villa is located in a peaceful setting, just 1.3 km from the artists' village of Saint Paul (de Vence). The villa has a beautifully landscaped enclosed garden (1800 m2). To the front is a large lawn, a petanque court and a carport that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. New for 2025 is the possibility of charging an electric vehicle with a 22KW charging point available on the property, free of charge.
An electric gate gives access to the villa. At the rear of the house, you will find your own swimming pool (9 x 4.5m) with several adjacent terraces, where 6 sun loungers await you. The terraces are beautifully decorated.
The villa has 2 floors. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a spacious air-conditioned living room and adjacent well-equipped kitchen with access to the covered terrace.

“Very comfortable house which is very well decorated and equipped. The owners were welcoming and informative but also discreet. We were a family group of five adults and we really appreciated the private garden and the swimming pool. The house is also very close to Nice and the coastal resorts like Antibes so we visited museums, beaches and gardens. Lovely walk up to Saint Paul de Vence which is a delightful village filled with art shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.Very comfortable house very well decorated and equipped. The owners were welcoming and informative but also unobtrusive. We were a family group of five adults and really enjoyed the private garden and swimming pool. The house is also very close to Nice and seaside resorts like Antibes, so we visited museums, beaches and gardens. Nice walk to Saint Paul de Vence which is a charming village full of art shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.”

“This villa has a spacious feel and is very hygienic. We stayed with 3 but there was certainly enough room for an extra couple, with their own bathroom and bedroom. Also the host is very helpful and friendly. From the villa you can walk to Saint Paul and the supermarket is not far away. We really enjoyed it, our holiday flew by.”

“The Villa is beautifully located near the village of Saint Paul de Vence. It's about a 15 to 20 minute walk up hill. By car it's less than 10 minutes. The villa is charming and comfortable. The garden provides full privacy, plenty of parking space, a swimming pool, a grass area and an area for the "jeux de boules" game. The terrace overlooking the swimming pool was our favorite spot. The shops are not within walking distance but by car it is less than 10 minutes driving. Our host was very friendly and helpful.”
