Spend a day at the creek or riverside, 200 m from the villa. The nearest restaurant is 200 m away, to explore the local cuisine. For daily essentials, the supermarkets are only 200 m away. The villa is 4 km from the lake, if you wish to spend a day by the lakeside. Golf course is 30 km from the villa.

A roofed terrace and furnished garden are perfect to enjoy some outdoor times. You can cook a sizzling platter of barbecue for your loved ones. The heating keeps you warm during the evenings. This villa has high chair and 2 children’s bed, if you are traveling with kids.

The guests can check in between 4-6 PM and checkout between 9-10 AM.

The swimming pool is only operational from June 28 to September 13.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
