Ideal for a group, there is a stylish villa in Cabris. It has 4 bedrooms for you to stay and has a private swimming pool for you to refresh after a long day. It can host up to 8 guests with great ease.

The nearest grocery store and restaurant are 2 km from the villa. Cannes sea is 22 km from the villa, if you would like to spend a day by the bay.

A furnished garden is in place for you to soak up all the winter sun while sipping a cup of coffee. A fireplace and floor heating in the villa is sure to get you some warmth during the chilly weather. Parking is provided on the premises for your hassle-free stay. You can enjoy a game of boules court with your dear ones. Play equipment is provided for the kids. 2 pets are allowed on the villa.

Nice Airport lies 52 km away from the villa.

You can check-in from 4-6 PM and check-out from 8-10 AM.

“Our second time here with grown up children and grandchildren in August 2022. Very nice villa in pleasant surroundings. Building work on the adjacent site is now largely complete so less noise than two years ago but the entrance driveway is still unmade. There is a new dishwasher and American fridge-freezer which is good. However, unlike last time, we were only provided with one set of remote control keys for the two sets of access gates which made life difficult as we are two families with three cars all wishing to go out in different directions. This meant that someone had to be in the house at all times to provide access which was not very convenient. We asked for more remote controls but we're told none were available. The mixer tap in the kitchen is still loose and requires someone with a spanner to tighten it up and the pool has not been comprehensively cleaned during our stay (last time someone cleaned it halfway through the holiday). The house is very well equipped and reasonably well maintained for a rental but sun beds and umbrellas are all in need of upgrading (all umbrellas were partially broken). Wonderful views down the rolling mountains to the bay of Cannes and a very nice terrace with barbecue for warm evenings. Overall we had another enjoyable stay and these comments are not complaints, just constructive observations.”

“Environment and accommodation certainly in order. It is a pity that a construction project was started next to the house with a lot of noise. Every morning before 08:00 bulldozers were already busy and the entrance was regularly blocked by sand or trucks, which forced us to leave our car on the street.”

“Super nice views! The road to the house was super style but that gave something extra.Wel sorry that the pool still had to be cleaned when we arrived - chlorine and cleaning up. So we could not enjoy it right away.We were sorry for us we did not have such a good weather (3rd week in May) but the owners had provided wood for the fireplace which was very romantic”

“Accommodation very nice and tidy. view to the coast and lower town was sublime.Room bedrooms, well looked after and complete. Garage use for car was also nice. Disadvantage we found you had to do everything by car, house was on a very steep road where barely walked, village was too far to walk, house is quite remote. In the evening it was very dark on the outside grounds , only on the side of the pool was permanently light, at the front of the house there was no permanent outdoor light.”
