The closed garden house is located in a small, quiet residential area, very close to the long, white sandy beach of the seaside resort. The bikes available for all the family are a great way to explore the surrounding coastal area. While you relax after a fun excursion, the children can let off steam with table football or table tennis. Barneville-Carteret is a popular seaside resort, ideal for all the family. You can choose from three beautiful beaches, all of which have been awarded the Blue Flag for water quality and environmental management. Barneville Beach is especially popular with families with young children. It is delimited by buoys and has a beach club for smaller children. Carteret Beach faces south and is protected by rocks. There is another very large beach north of Cape Carteret, which is more popular with adult swimmers. Here you will find excellent conditions for beach and speed sailors. The dunes behind the beaches invite to lovely walks or long hikes.



Activities nearby: Barneville's colorful weekly market offers excellent regional produce. The Cotentin peninsula has much to offer in addition to the beautiful Normandy countryside. Visit the Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg (Oceanographic Museum), the small town of Barfleur, considered one of the most beautiful villages in France, the port city of Granville or take a day trip to the famous monastic mountain of Mont St. Michel mobility:

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
