The building, which dates from the 17th century, was renovated in 2016 and today offers a good alternative to a hotel or guest room with its simple, but well-maintained and comfortable interior. Here you have plenty of space and you can prepare the Normandy products you bought in the nearby market halls yourself in the bright south-facing kitchen. Thanks to its central location, boutiques, restaurants, the harbor and the sandy beach of the lively port city are within walking distance. The small harbor town of Fécamp has a lot to offer culturally. Recommended destinations include the abbey church of la Trinité, the Palais Bénédicte, an impressive building housing the distillery of the famous Bénédictine liqueur, and the fishing museum. From the 110 meter high cliffs, Cap Fagnet offers a fantastic view over the sea, the harbor and the whole city. Be sure to visit the typical market of the city on Saturdays.

Activities nearby: Etretat is located in the southwest with its breathtaking rocks, which have been immortalized for centuries by countless painters. We also recommend a trip south over the impressive bridge from Normandy to Honfleur, a particularly picturesque harbor town, or to the glamorous seaside towns of Deauville or Trouville. To the north is the Bay of the Somme, one of the most beautiful bays in the world.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
