This beautiful, small two-story holiday home is situated in a quiet and peaceful location on the edge of a small village. The area is safe and fenced (the owner lives on the same property).
1000 sq m of a well-kept garden is at guests' disposal. In front of the house, on the terrace, you can relax on a bench, spend long hours on carefree lazing and sunbathing on the huge lawn, or end the evening in a pleasant barbecue gazebo (barbecue facilities available on site). The house also has a smokehouse and a fireplace.
There are plenty of attractions for children on the property, a playground, plenty of space for running and playing, and a sports field.
The cozy, well-kept holiday house consists of a living room (TV and a 2-seater sofa bed) with direct access to the terrace and garden, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The stairs lead to the attic, where there is an open bedroom with a double bed.
Included in the price: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, final cleaning, dog (max. 1 allowed), tourist tax.
Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Local attractions: Drzonowo is a small village in Western Pomerania, approx. 95 km north-east of Szczecin and approx. 12 km south-west of Kołobrzeg. Only 10 km from the Baltic Sea and 11 km from the shore of Lake Resko. The surrounding area offers the most opportunities for cycling enthusiasts. You can easily and quickly reach the seaside beach in Dźwirzyno or Lake Resko by bike. The international R-10 bicycle route, which connects the nearby resorts, also runs through the nearby Dźwirzyno. Therefore, you can plan interesting bicycle trips to Mrzeżyno, Grzybowo, Kołobrzeg and Ustronie Morskie.
The nearest seaside beach is in Dźwirzyno (about 10 km from Drzonów). Dźwirzyno is rather one of the quieter resorts. You can count on a lot of space and freedom on the beach, even in the high summer season. The shore of Lake Resko adjoins Dźwirzyno, where there is a water sports base, you can rent water equipment, there is a windsurfing school. At the fishing harbor in Dźwirzyno you can buy fresh fish, straight from the cutter. There is also a good selection of smoked fish and some good fish restaurants.
It is also worth visiting the larger Kołobrzeg. There are a lot of different shops, should you miss something during your holiday. Kołobrzeg also offers many attractive places to visit, a number of working areas, including a seaside promenade and a long, historic pier.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
