“Cozy house in a beautiful neighborhood. Good starting point for walks to the forest and to the center. Within cycling distance of the beach. The inventory of the cottage needs an upgrade, a bit of a mess and not enough of some items. Furniture has also seen its best days. The bed was fine, the shower outdated. It was nice that there were enough towels available. The private enclosed garden is also nice, especially with a dog.”

“Yes, we weren't completely satisfied this time. 1. No contact with the landlord, we put the key in the mailbox when we checked out. The house wasn't completely clean, but we did it ourselves.3. There was a gigantic oak tree above the house, day and night we had to endure the "impacts", sleeping was only possible with hearing protection. Positive: WLAN was available, as was a large assortment of towels.”

“In photo a cute house. But after a good look and smell the fun soon wore off. It was very musty and damp. A sagging very low sofa. Where older people come out with great difficulty, a few years ago there was already a complaint about it in the booklet that was being subscribed for. If the back door is locked, you can open it like this. And the kitchen door was a big angle off at the bottom. The curtains were unhooked. And nothing was dusted. The table next to the bed there was the cobweb with the flies in it. Short and sweet very grubby and poorly maintained. I had to wash all my clothes that were in the closet or hanging in the closet when I got home to get the musty smell out. I think those addresses are checked once and then no more. Very unfortunate because this is absolutely no advertisement for Belvilla.”

“Holidays in paradise, I've stayed at Het Roefje for a week many times and I'm always very satisfied. It is very quietly located in the Meerwijk park with houses from the Amsterdam School and you feel transported to a better world. It's still not far to walk to the town center, the forest and the dunes. A beautiful garden courtyard with beautiful plants and lots of privacy. Artwork inside and out by Daphne, the owner. So always happy. Only for 2 people.”

“Despite some minor defects in the house, it has been a wonderful week. The atmosphere that the house radiates with garden and surroundings makes up for it. Also the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners makes it a wonderful holiday. Recommended. This is now our 3rd time but certainly not the last.”

“Accommodation not clean and comfort of furniture as well as lying comfort of bed downright bad. Garden and patio sagging and overgrown by weeds. Flushing mechanism toilet with a plug of aluminum foil 'repaired'. Cottage is fantastically beautiful and exudes a nice atmosphere but lacks attention! Photos do not give a realistic picture; Apparently, in recent years, there has been a neglect with regard to Maintenance. And you book based on The pictures; so that puts you on the wrong track.”

“If you look at the pictures on the internet it looks nice. But upon entering the house it smelled musty and damp. The floor was dirty. The furniture has had its day. The two-seater sofa and the 2 chairs are almost impossible more out, totally worn out. The kitchen is in front of the bed and that is not really a good night's sleep when you have cooked. Crockery and cutlery inadequate, old junk collected together and not clean. In short, way too expensive for what you get.”

“A small, purpose-built cottage in a beautiful residential area of Bergen. The forest can be found in the immediate vicinity, to the center it takes only about 10 minutes. The landlords were very reserved, but friendly - we felt that was pleasant, since you were very much for yourself!”

“As we know Bergen from childhood on, finding the holiday address was no problem! The reception from the landlords was for us personally rather "unimpressive", the house was open, we were not admitted, the landlord were not at home, got the information from the daughter! Actually no problem, we found it just a bit strange that we were not greeted during our entire stay short (we rent a small FH, we welcome our guests always personal!) The house was very quaint and comfortable and clean! We like to cook, the kitchen also invited to, but it lacked basic kitchen utensils, such as chopping board, small knives to prepare the food! "Garden" a little bit neglected, but ok for this time of the year! Environment as always great, as I said, We come for several years in this area, we love it, even our dogs! The beach, even if away from the mountains, top !!! '”
