This beautiful holiday home in Ulestraten has a scenic touch with greenery and serenity all around the place. You can relax in the garden and, for the children, there is a small playground, a spacious playing field, private forest with a babbling brook that runs across the site, where every child can let his or her imagination run free and romp. Outside is a fireplace to enjoy the evening together around the campfire. This place is ideal for group holidays where you can relax while enjoying flora and fauna.

The centre is 10 km away with shops and restaurants. You can buy the general supplies from the supermarket 1.5 km away. Visit to Aachen (Germany) is also possible.

This cosy holiday home has a spacious living room featuring a TV and seating area. In the open kitchen, prepare home-cooked meals for friends. The heating will keep you warm in the chilly weather. You will find a terrace, table tennis table, football goal, and parking facility here.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
