This modern villa in Prkos is ideal for a family or a group. It can accommodate 10 guests and has 4 bedrooms. It has a private swimming pool with sun loungers for you to unleash all the worries of the day.



The restaurants are 12 km from the villa if you wish to try some local delicacies. The grocery stores are just 200 m away. Plan a day with your loved ones on the beach, 12 km away.



All bedrooms and the living/dining room are air-conditioned. The fireplace is installed in the dining room for your comfortable stay. Enjoy a glass of wine and a barbecue platter with your dear ones on the private terrace or in the private garden. Table football and darts can be played in leisure hours. A parking area is available. Bicycles are available for you to explore the little town. On request, you get a cot and a high chair.



Zadar international airport lies 10 km from the stay.



Guests can be checked in between 4-8 PM and check-out from 8-10 AM.

A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
