This private villa features a large 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m to 1.9m, surrounded by sun loungers, a refreshing outdoor shower, and spacious terraces for barbecues and relaxation. The well-maintained garden offers ample space for children to play, and with no direct neighbors, you’ll enjoy complete privacy. The house is set within a 11,000m² fenced plot.

The interior blends authentic charm with modern comforts. The spacious living room with satellite TV and a large dining area is perfect for family meals. A second, smaller lounge with air conditioning and a wood stove offers a cozy retreat. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic stove, utensils, and a dishwasher, while the laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, bathtub, air conditioning, closet, and terrace access. A separate toilet serves the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two singles. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bidet and bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes, and access to a terrace. On request, two baby cots and a high chair are available. A second bathroom with a bathtub and bidet is also on this floor.

The villa is within 15 minutes of Son Antem Golf, S’Arenal beach, and Cala Blava. The town of Llucmajor is 3.5 km away, and Palma de Mallorca, with its cathedral and old town, is just 20 km.

Pets are welcome; events are not allowed. There is parking for 4 cars.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
