The sandy beach of the Mediterranean right in front of the door: from the small holiday residence it is only a few steps to the long beach. The complex offers holiday apartments with balcony (some with sea view) on 3 floors; the type C apartments (T2) are on the top floor. The 31 residential units are simple but comfortably furnished. Saint-Pierre-la Mer, a pretty seaside resort on the Golfe du Lion, has a 5 km long sandy beach, ideal for swimming enthusiasts. Numerous leisure activities await you on site: you can take long walks on the beach, use various water sports, cycle, horseback ride, hike and start excursions into the hinterland.Note: Regarding COVID-19: Guests of this holiday home will only be accepted if they have the COVID -Able to comply with local government restrictions and requirements. Please double check restrictions just prior to departure as COVID restrictions change over time.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
